This raw brownie recipe is sticky, fudgey, yummy and kid-friendly! It is low-glycemic, made with only “good” fats, and is gluten-free, flourless and vegan, and has no gluten.
Ingredients
1 cup pitted prunes
1 cup almonds
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup agave nectar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt
cinnamon to taste
Directions
Get out your food processor, and toss in the ingredients. Grind them all together.
Pat firmly into an 8×8 pan and place in the freezer to set (approx. 1 hour)
